The Cognitive Reprogramming Method
Stop letting social anxiety run your life. A 12 week coaching program to change the patterns keeping you stuck.
You're capable of more than your anxiety lets people see.
The client call you keep putting off. The pitch that shouldn't rattle you. The version of you that only shows up when the pressure's off.
Social freedom isn't confidence you fake. It's anxiety you've actually resolved.

The Method
A proven system developed over nearly a decade with hundreds of clients from around the world.
Phase 1 — Nervous System Rebalance
Regulate the nervous system. Calm the physical response before anything else.
The blushing, the racing heart, the tightness in the chest, these aren't character flaws. They're the result of a nervous system that's been stuck in fight-or-flight for years and maybe even decades. Before we examine a single thought, we bring the body out of alarm so you have a physical foundation you can rely on.
Phase 2 — Cognitive Reprogramming
Identify and rewire the old thought patterns that have been driving your anxiety.
The internal voice telling you you're about to be exposed, judged, found out, it isn't the truth. It's a pattern. A distortion of reality. We identify the exact beliefs that make you blush, avoid situations or feel awkward, break them, then systematically rewire them.
Recognise
Identify all the limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns and 'mind viruses'.
Recondition
Replace the old 'faulty code' with new, positive programs.
Rewire
Hardwire new neural pathways through repetition in the real world.
Phase 3 — Self-Actualisation
Becoming the person you were always meant to be.
Without the handicap of social anxiety, clients become the full expression of their true self. They start to apply for new jobs, build their own business, expand their friendship and dating networks or express themselves through improv, public speaking and stand-up comedy.
Foundation first. Everything that follows depends on it.

Honest question
Does this sound familiar?
You want stronger friendships, deeper connections, and more ease around people. But social anxiety keeps pulling you back.
- You replay conversations long after they've ended.
- You want to put yourself out there more, but keep holding back.
- You avoid plans because you dread how you'll feel around people.
- You want a stronger social life, but don't know how to create one.
- You look composed while your mind is working overtime.
- You spend too much time thinking and not enough time living.

Meet Ed
I've been where you are. Now I help men get out.
For most of my early life I was severely socially anxious. Blushing, dreading rooms I had not even walked into, and hiding what was going on inside.
I spent 1,215 days training as a Rinzai Zen monk in Japan. Since then, I have built the Cognitive Reprogramming Method to help men change the physical response, the thinking that feeds it, and what they do in the real world.
The turning point
Is this you?
- You look capable on the outside, but quietly avoid situations where you'll be seen.
- Before you speak, your heart races, your throat tightens, or your mind goes blank.
- There is a conversation, date, event, or opportunity ahead that you don't want to avoid.
- You've tried books, breathwork, or pushing through. The same reaction keeps coming back.
- You're done letting social anxiety decide what your life looks like.
